At KABIN, mornings begin the Nordic way.

Our coffee program is inspired by the café culture of Scandinavia: simple, warm, and rooted in community. We serve La Cabra espresso alongside carefully selected pour overs from some of the most celebrated roasters across Sweden, Denmark, and Norway.

Our daytime menu features pastries, Norwegian waffles, and a small selection of savory dishes, creating a welcoming, multifaceted space for all. Step inside and feel a quiet retreat from the city. Bring a book, bring your laptop, bring a friend, or come for a casual date. Cocktails are also available from 11am.

Whether you’re stopping in for a quick cup on your way to work or settling in with friends and colleagues, KABIN is a place to start your day with intention, connection, and a taste of the North.

SLOW BAR - Saturday Coffee Tasting

Every Saturday, we ground our service in one idea: intention. Two seatings at 10am and 11am, created to offer a more thoughtful, guided coffee experience.

Built and led by our Café Director, Rohith Ram, each service is grounded in care, conversation, and craft. Every cup is prepared with precision, with attention to origin, method, and the journey coffee takes long before it reaches our bar.

Our goal is to bring you closer to that process, adding meaning and value back into the supply chain through presence and hospitality.
