At KABIN, mornings begin the Nordic way.

Inspired by Scandinavia’s coffee culture, our daytime program is simple, thoughtful and rooted in community. We serve espresso from both La Cabra and Brooklyn’s SEY, alongside a rotating selection of pour overs from some of the most celebrated roasters across Norway, Sweden and Denmark.

The menu moves from pastries and Norwegian waffles to savory breakfast and lunch dishes, with a selection of grab-and-go options available from early morning for those on the move.

For those staying a little longer, KABIN is designed to be a retreat from the pace of the city. Bring a book, open your laptop, meet a friend or settle in for a casual date. And if coffee isn’t quite enough, cocktails start at 11am.
